Zeven's Therms of service
1. Basic Service Terms-1.1 The artwork details, including subject matter, style, size, medium, and any specific requirements, will be agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of the project.
-1.2The Artist retains the right to showcase the commissioned artwork in their portfolio, website, or social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If the work is spected to be private, the right to be so can be discussed for a according Price.
-1.3. I,the artist , am allowed to deny any commissions on topics that I dislike or disagree with. My boundaries start but are not limited to certain fetishes/parafilias (Zoophilia,Scat, or watersports) or certain political views.
-1.4The amount of that drafts included for free are 3 (three) and any extra can be charged at a rate of 5 USD2. Commission Process-2.1. The Client agrees to provide clear and concise instructions regarding the desired artwork, including any reference materials, sketches, or descriptions.
-2.2.The Artist will provide an estimate of the commission's cost and timeline based on the provided information. Unless a exeption is talked out by both parties (due amount of price or other factors), once the estimate is agreed upon, the Client will be required to provide the full deposit before the work commences.
-2.3. The Artist will keep the Client updated on the progress of the artwork, providing opportunities for feedback and revisions within reason.
-2.4. Any major changes or deviations from the originally agreed-upon concept may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before implementation.3.Payment-3.1.The Client agrees to make payment for the commission according to the following terms: -A full payment upfront before the Artist starts the comission. -at certain amount discussed by both parties, the payment -could-be done as A deposit of 50% of the total commission cost is due before the commencement of the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of lineart stage (or roughtly around the 50 of the process of the work), prior to the final delivery.
-3.2.Payments can be made through PayPal or MercadoPago for Argentine peso payments.
-3.3. Depending reasons In the event of a project cancellation by the Client after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.4. Delivery and Usage Rights-4.1. Upon receipt of full payment, the Artist will deliver the final artwork in a mutually agreed-upon format (digital file, print, etc.) within a reasonable timeframe.
-4.2. The Client is granted personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights of the commissioned artwork. However, the Artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
-4.3.The Client agrees not to reproduce, sell, distribute, or modify the artwork without the written permission of the Artist.5.Confidentiality-5.1.Both the Artist and the Client agree to keep any confidential information shared during the commission process confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties.
